I’ve wrapped up my first year in real estate, and while it still feels strange to self-identity as a real estate broker, it’s been an amazing year. I was nervous about the transition from educator and artist to “sales person” (and all that implies!) but I’ve realized that the best title for my new role really is “real estate educator”. What’s more, the past year has afforded me the opportunity to get to know individuals in the vibrant Seattle community on a more personal level through conversations that move deeper towards family and future as they consider home purchases. I couldn’t be happier, and I know this success is due to the generosity and faith of my friends and family.
That’s you! That’s why I’m writing this email to you. To say THANK YOU!
I've closed $4.2 million in homes this first year and the experience has been incredible. To see so many people buying their first homes and securing their future through investment properties is inspirational. I've pushed myself to be more outgoing, explored videography, and learned a ton about marketing. I can only hope this next year brings as much personal growth, and opportunity to help people.
You're already doing it, but I humbly ask you to continue referring me to you network. My credibility only exists because of the value of your word. Don't forget that I'm always here to answer real estate questions, puzzle over your home reno project with you, or check out the First Thursday art walk.
